Orion Starforge is built on the belief that you should own your information. We do not sell data and we do not mine it for advertising.

What you send us through this website

If you send us your name, email address, company or a message, we use that to reply to you, to send updates you asked for, and to improve how we serve people. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

What Fleet holds on your behalf

If you become a customer, Fleet stores what it needs to manage your infrastructure: the servers you have connected and how to reach them, the businesses you have created, your domains, mailbox configuration and backup records.

Connection credentials and provider tokens are encrypted at rest with a key belonging to your own fleet. Your fleet runs on its own server with its own database, so your configuration is not held alongside another customer’s.

Support access

Support can only enter your fleet when you allow it, and that access is recorded in your own activity log with who came in, when, and why. You can read that log and we cannot edit it.

Your servers and your accounts

The servers themselves belong to you, on accounts you hold with providers you chose. Your domains stay at your own registrar. If you leave, you can export your configuration and remove the software Fleet installed, and what you own remains yours.

Marketing and your social accounts

Starforge Marketing is an app your fleet can install on one of your own servers. When you connect a social account to it (for example Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Discord, Bluesky or Mastodon), it stores what it needs to post for you and to show you how your posts are doing:

• the access the network gave you, locked in a vault on your servers;
• your own posts, their ids and the media you chose;
• totals such as views, clicks and followers;
• comments and messages on your accounts, kept for 30 to 90 days so you can reply, then reduced to a label such as “question” without the person’s name.

This information stays on your servers. We do not sell it, license it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Information from YouTube is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as YouTube requires.

The assistant. Orion, the assistant in Starforge, drafts posts and suggests replies. To do that it sends the text it is working on to the AI provider you chose in your fleet’s settings. Comments from the public are read by a part of Orion that cannot post, and nothing is published without your approval unless you turned that on for a brand.

Connecting accounts. When you press Connect, the sign-in passes through Starforge’s connection service, which holds our registered app credentials with each network. It passes your account’s access to your own fleet and keeps no copy.

YouTube. Starforge Marketing uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Starforge’s access at any time from your Google security settings.

Removing your data. Disconnecting an account destroys its access at once and deletes what was collected through it within 7 days. See how to delete your data for every way to ask, including if you never used Starforge yourself but commented on an account that does.

We may use ordinary website measurement to understand how the site is being used. We do not sell your personal information.
